The chairs arrived with a few bent legs and one seat was cracked, which was the last thing I expected to deal with. I sent photos over the same day thinking it would be an easy fix, but instead I had to keep emailing just to get a straight answer, which added a bunch of unnecessary stress.
They did eventually offer to replace the damaged ones, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took way more chasing than it should have. The chairs are fine overall, but the whole damage claim process really slowed down our setup and made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had a small issue with one of the chairs after a few months, so I reached out about the warranty. They actually got back to me quickly and didn’t make the process feel like a huge hassle.

I also needed to return a couple of extra chairs from our order, and the refund came through just like they said it would. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Placing my order was so quick and simple I almost couldn't believe it. Checkout was super smooth, nothing glitched, nothing confused me, and I didn't have to fight with the website for my life. It was just easy from start to finish!

The color options were really nice, and the fabric felt decent overall. I was happy with the choices, but I did find myself wishing the instructions were a bit clearer to make the whole process easier.

We ordered these chairs from Advantage Church Chairs for our small church room, which we mostly use for Sunday service and the occasional meeting during the week. I was the one who helped unpack a few of them, so I got to try them before everyone else did. The seat padding is firm, but not in an uncomfortable way, which I actually prefer because super soft chairs tend to feel worn out quickly.

The back support has been good too, especially during longer services when people are sitting for a while. A few members even mentioned that they feel like they sit up straighter in these compared to our old chairs, which had definitely seen better days. We had been talking about replacing those for months, so it was nice to finally have something that feels more solid.
I’m giving them 4 stars only because I do think the seat could be just a little bit wider. It’s not a major issue, and most people seem perfectly comfortable, but it’s something I noticed after sitting in one for a full service. Overall though, they’re comfortable, sturdy, and a good fit for our space.

Well... the chairs turned out mostly okay, but the packaging was disappointing. The boxes arrived beat up and some were partly open, so a few chairs had scratches from moving around during shipping. For the price, I really expected them to be packed more securely. Delivery wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t great.

We use these chairs every week, i was a little worried the fabric might start looking worn quickly. So far though, it still looks really good. No fraying, no weird worn spots, and nothing that makes me feel like I should be concerned yet

I kind of lost track of the exact delivery timeline because I was thinking they’d arrive the following week, but then the tracking updated and they were already on the way. It was easy enough to follow, and they actually showed up when the tracking said they would. No random delays or excuses, which was a relief since we needed them for church setup that week. These chairs are good for the price, and I’m happy with them overall. The only thing is the shipping felt a bit high, but for around what I paid, I’d still say they’re a solid value.

The chairs look decent, so I was hopeful at first, but stacking them ended up being more annoying than I expected. They don’t line up smoothly, and every time I try to put them away it just feels like more hassle than it should be. They also take up more storage space than I planned for, which is disappointing. I wouldn’t say I’m thrilled with them.

The chairs look good in the room, but after sitting in one for a while my back started to hurt. I was hoping they’d be more comfortable. I’m also a bit frustrated because it’s not really clear what I’m supposed to do next if I want to return them or get help with the issue.

We put these chairs in our church, and I think they really fit the space well. The design is simple, but in a good way, it makes everything look clean, modern, and welcoming without feeling too fancy.
